TimeSuite - Subscription Plans

TimeSuite is currently available in three plans plus options.


Quick TimeSheets is the ideal module for sole traders and small organisations who need an integrated system to manage contacts and allow tracking of timesheets. Optional modules allow timesheet approval and export.


Timesheets Plus is suitable for larger organisations who want to be able to enter and approve timesheets and then download them to external systems.


Custom plans allow more advanced options such as project management and budgeting to be included. These options are suitable for organisations who need to track multiple projects and track and invoice all billable time whilst still being able to track this time to individual users, tasks and projects / clients.


All plans include full contacts management, user relationship management, helpdesk, user and role management, custom roles and can easily be upgraded should your requirements change in the future.


Email reminders are automatically sent to Timesheet Approvers who have not approved their allocated timesheets and also to any user who has either not entered sufficient hours for the week or who has forgotten to submit their timesheets.


Email reminders are also sent to users responsible for invoicing and accounts with a detailed report containing information on users who have not entered or submitted timesheets, together with the calculated values for each of these timesheet entries.

1 The number of members of your organisation that can be granted logins. Extra licences can be purchased in blocks of 5 on the same basis as your primary subscription.
Annual subscriptions will be charged pro-rata to your existing subscription to maintain anniversary date.

2 Additional Cost Centres and Job Types can be added later if desired.

3 Organisations on QuickTimesheets plan must request changes to Cost Centres and Job Type details (such as adding new ones or changing name) as a Support Request. Charges apply for this.

4 Standard Timesheet Approval rule for Quick Timesheets and Timesheets Plus is 'Users Manager approves Timesheet'. Other options can be created at setup if required.
