TimeSuite Module - Help Desk

The built in Help Desk allows TimeSuite users to log support requests online rather than waiting in telephone queues for an operator to answer.


The help desk system uses the TimeSuite integrated Project Management System to provide real time tracking of the request, manage allocation of support requests to support staff, monitor progress and enable status updates to be automatically sent to the originator of the request.


Helpdesk contacts can access the complete history of any open or completed support requests for their organisation.
