A customisable dashboard provides a snapshot overview of your information depending on your access levels. At a glance information available includes:

  • Outstanding tasks which you require others to complete


Project managers can track personnel, costs, resources, assign tasks, generate reports on project status, drill down to individual tasks and timesheets and maintain communication with team members for unlimited numbers of projects.

Team members can easily manage their timesheets, track projects and tasks they are involved in and maintain communication with each other.

Accounts can easily generate invoices or transfer timesheets to an existing accounting system, track resource usage / time expenditure by person, project, task, manager and many other measures.

Invoices and Statements can quickly be created and emailed to clients in PDF format saving you money on postage and stationary. Invoices and statements are automatically saved in the built in document management system.

Accounts Payable are easy to manage using the optional Invoicing module. Track all accounts payable, store presented invoices in the document management system and automatically notify suppliers when payment is made.

Travel, materials and other disbursements can easily be added to a project and flow directly to the invoicing system to be charged to the client if required.

How TimeSuite works

TimeSuite is a web based business management system. This is also known as "Software as a Service" or SaaS.


SaaS is increasingly being used by all sizes of organisations to provide feature rich, scalable applications which can be made available to employees, clients and other parties anywhere an internet connection is available.


TimeSuite is a modular system. Each module seamlessly integrates with other modules within the system. This means that you can choose what features you wish to use when you purchase TimeSuite. You can later add or remove modules if your requirements change in the future.

Users interact with the system by using a web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or FireFox.


TimeSuite incorporates a complex security system which allows users to access the system only when they have a valid login. Once logged in, what features or data they can access is further controlled by the use of roles.
One or more members of your organisation can be assigned to manage the entire security system using a simple web based interface.
